Updated: Apr 26, Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday and I have to tell you, we had a fantastic time. Originally there were no plans for our evening and we thought we would just quietly watch the football game with all of the fantastic food my husband spent all day preparing.

He loves smoking food on his Big Green Egg - and let me tell you it is GOOD, long term paper. I'm so blessed to have a husband who loves to cook! But at the last minute, we decided to invite some friends over and it turned into a great evening!! Football, food, friends, family and fun was had by all. I just love impromptu gatherings!
